1 ) How do I order?
First, you will need to apply for a business (B2B) account, using the 'Request Account' form, click here.

Then once enabled you will receive your log in details so, can access the Web Shop in full, see prices and buy.
Once you have finished shopping (adding items to your shopping basket), click on the 'checkout'-link on the top of the site. In the following pages, you can confirm or change your delivery address. Then click 'Continue' to set your invoice address (if needed & different) and payment methods.w Then another click to 'Continue' and you`re at the overview page where you can check & save your settings for the last time. And that`s it. Click on 'Confirm Order' to finish and your order with Near Dark GmbH will be immediately received by us. You too, will also receive an conformation email containing your order.

2 ) Can you ensure me that ordering online from your site is safe?
Yes! Our shop uses SSL security. Secure Sockets Layer, SSL, is the standard security technology for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser is encrypted & therefore remains private. With UPS, a tracking number can be supplied, which can then be entered on this web page: www.ups.com, to track your parcel.

We send an automatic confirmation e-mail with the items you have ordered to you as soon as we receive your order. Which will be followed up, emails from the sales staff, as necessary, during the processing of your order.

9 ) What happens when I create an account?
When you create an account with us we store all of the information that you would normally enter during the checkout process except for your credit card information. It is for your convenience, so next time you shop with us, you won't have to re-enter the same information over again. You also get one click order tracking once you have placed an order.

12) How can I get better results from searching this website?
If searching for a product, by Article (Order) code, you will find it much quicker if you enter the Article (Order) code exactly as it is written in the catalogue or price list, but because many of theses have spaces in them, you should, like you would on Google, add " before and " after. So for example: if searching for 39 10 61 you should enter: "39 10 61". If there are no spaces in the order code, you do not need to, eg. SAWW

13)Why am I experiencing difficulties with the functions of the website?
