Ein Grinder ohne Mahlzähne, kann das denn funktionieren? Klar, es kann! Der 4-teilige ‘Masher‘ zeigt eindrucksvoll, dass es auch anders geht. Anstatt das Mahlgut mit scharfem Gebiss zu zerreißen, werden hier die heilenden Kräuter sanft und gleichmäßig gepresst und gemahlen. Der Deckel, der gleichzeitig die obere Druckplatte ist, ist im Vergleich zum restlichen Aluminium-Leichtgewicht extrem schwer. So kann ein konstanter Druck auf das Mahlgut während des Grindens aufrecht erhalten werden.

Durch diesen schonenderen Zerkleinerungsvorgang können sich die Aromen des Grünzeugs besonders gut entfalten. Zusätzlich entfällt nerviges Abkratzen von Resten, die sich in den Mahlzähnen verfangen haben. Der ‘Masher‘ aus Aluminium lässt sich einfach reinigen und verfügt über ein Pollensieb sowie eine –auffangkammer.
