Der vierteilige Grinder von Black Leaf® ist aus natürlichem Nussbaumholz, während das Mahlwerk sowie das Sieb aus Aluminium sind. Die Wellenzähne sind so scharfkantig wie eine Guillotine, so dass Kräuter, Gewürze und auch härteres Material zuverlässig zershreddert und gemahlen werden.

Unterschiedlich große Öffnungen sorgen für gleichmäßigere Verteilung des Mahlguts und das sehr fein Gemahlene rieselt direkt durch das herausnehmbare Sieb in die abgerundete Pollenkammer. Mit dem beiliegenden Schaber lässt sich der Pollen aus der Mühle gut auskratzen.

Das Nussbaumholz sieht nicht nur ansprechend aus, sondern gibt auch eine angenehme Haptik. Ein Nylonring sorgt für leichte Drehbarkeit und verhindert Abrieb.
