Hole diffuser chillum from Black Leaf® - suitable for all water pipes with standard grinding SG 14 and for SG 14 bowls. The end of the chillum tube which is put into the bong, is closed. This produces during inhaling a bigger amount of little diffuser bubbles through the holes. The smoke disperses more equally and is softer.
