For all countries not listed, shipping is available only after individual review. We will be happy to provide the applicable shipping costs upon request.

Delivery, Payment and Complaint Conditions 

Transport Damage 

Obvious transport damage should, where possible, be reported directly to the carrier upon delivery and then communicated to us without delay. 

Goods Receipt and Complaints 

The delivered goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt. For business customers, the inspection and notification obligations under Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) apply. 

Complaints must be submitted to us in writing once the defect has been identified. Defective goods must be returned to us with sufficient postage after prior coordination. 

For justified complaints, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or credit them by agreement. 

If goods are returned without our prior approval, any resulting transport and packaging costs may be charged to the customer. Unless otherwise agreed, we will choose between repair and replacement delivery. 

Warranty 

For justified defects, we provide warranty in accordance with the statutory provisions. Where legally permissible, warranty claims will be fulfilled at our discretion by repair or replacement delivery.
