Our payment methods at a glance

Business Direct Debit

To use the Business Direct Debit scheme, your account must be registered as a business account with your bank. If you would like to use this payment method, we will send you the mandate form, which must be completed, legally signed and submitted to your bank.

Once your bank has confirmed the application, please send us the bank confirmation or, alternatively, the mandate form stamped by your bank. We can then process your order and collect the invoice amount by direct debit.

SEPA Core Direct Debit

The SEPA Core Direct Debit scheme is a payment instrument that allows invoices between legal entities and/or individuals to be settled electronically by debiting the payer's account.

This procedure allows Near Dark GmbH to initiate a debit from your account once you have authorised us to do so. We will send you a form in advance, which must be completed, legally signed and returned to Near Dark GmbH.

Billie - Purchase on invoice

With Billie, you can conveniently purchase on invoice if you have a billing address in Germany. You can choose a payment term of 14 days or 30 days.

After selecting “Billie Purchase on Invoice (14 days)” or “Billie Purchase on Invoice Plus (30 days)” as your payment method, Billie will send you an email after checkout containing all important payment information, the bank details required for a bank transfer, and access to your personal Billie buyer account.

In your Billie buyer account, you can also change the payment method from bank transfer to direct debit. All of your Billie invoices are stored there as well.

Cash on delivery

For cash-on-delivery shipments, the recipient must be present in person. Therefore, in addition to the address, your surname is required when selecting this payment method.

Once your purchase has been completed, we will dispatch your order and the invoice amount will be collected in cash by the parcel carrier upon delivery.

With DHL, payment by Girocard (formerly EC card) is also possible if the shipment is collected from the relevant branch.

Cash-on-delivery shipments are subject to additional fees on top of the standard shipping costs. These fees vary depending on the parcel carrier and destination country. Available for shipments with UPS and DHL.

Advance payment

If you select advance payment, we will send you a pro forma invoice by email after receiving your order, together with our bank details (account holder and IBAN).

You can pay this invoice by bank transfer or credit card. Once your payment has been received in the specified account*, your order will be packed and dispatched immediately.

*As a rule, sending us a payment confirmation stating that the payment order has been accepted is sufficient as proof of payment.

Credit card (currently unavailable)

Payment by credit card is available on request. Please leave a comment in the order form stating that you would like to pay by credit card.

Once we receive your order, we will send you a pro forma invoice by email. You will also receive a separate payment link from the payment service provider Mollie (under the company name Micropac), which you can use to pay for the order by credit card.

As soon as the payment link shows that the payment has been completed successfully, we will pack and dispatch your order promptly.

Collection & payment on site

We also offer the option to collect and pay for your order directly at our premises.

Payment can be made in cash, by Girocard (EC card) or by credit card.
