As the name ‘ELEMENTS' already reveals, these longpapers combine the four elements.
The paper used stands for ‘earth‘, it is natural, environmentally friendly but also ultra-thin paper made of rice. This burns almost without ash. The adhesive seam is made of natural sugar gum, which caramelizes deliciously when burned.
The ‘water‘ is symbolized by the company's own Crisscross watermark, with which each sheet is printed. This watermark prevents burn-off runs and ensures a very even, slow burning of the rollpapers.
The ‘wind‘ plays a role in the production, because the energy for the production of the papers comes from wind power. Incidentally, the production site is the Spanish region of Alcoy, which is located in the mountains north of Alicante. Alcoy is considered the birthplace of cigarette paper, because these were already produced there around 1700.
‘Fire‘ is of course needed to put the self-rolled ones into operation. The rice papers are designed for fire, so that they burn optimally and cleanly and do not affect the taste of smoke.
Thanks to the ‘Perfect Fold‘ developed by ‘ELEMENTS‘ and patent pending, whereby each sheet is already folded at the optimal rolling position, the rolling is super easy and perfect even for the more inexperienced.
