Do it yourself - with the electric bolt manual press from Qnubu , the extraction of delicious rosin dabs is totally easy and safe! Rosin is the name of the cannabis extract which is only extracted by pressure and heat. Therefore, rosin is an absolutely pure concentrate, free of any solvents like alcohol or butane gas. Because of the purity, but also because of the much less dangerous production, the extraction with special rosin presses is becoming more and more popular.
With the Qnubu press, the rosin extraction is very easy and even extraction beginners will succeed without problems. And the uncomplicated application speaks for itself: simply place flowers, buds or other herbal material in a suitable rosin filter bag and then pack it in baking paper, set the press to the desired temperature, place the press material between the press plates, lock the press by the screw mechanism, set the timer to the desired duration and off you go! Since the rosin can run out on the sides of the press plate, we recommend building a 'boat' with drain from the baking paper.
The features of this Qnubu press bolt manual are a pressure up to 1000kg, heating plate of 120x60mm, double temperature control with two digital displays, temperature range from 0° C to 250° C (32° F to 482° F), timer range 0 to 999sec, acoustic alarm. The power consumption is 700W.
The right choice of temperature and the duration of the pressing process depends strongly on the type, quality and condition of the raw material and often requires testing with smaller quantities. Furthermore, we recommend to put the rosin directly into the freezer after pressing. This prevents the terpenes from decomposing and the taste from being lost.
