Important information

Hazardous freight information:

Hazardous goods are shipped exclusively by UPS or freight forwarding. To ensure a 100% safe shipping of hazardous freight we have to charge 38 € per delivery (this can consist of several packages). Hereby we only pass on the costs of UPS, no further service will be charged. Forwarding agency prices can deviate from this!

The shipment of dangerous goods is currently only possible by road transport (ADR). The following items are affected and differ between dangerous goods and limited quantity: Hazardous goods (fully regulated): All marked articles such as:

• CLIPPER® lighters
• Lighters of other brands
• Butane gas

Limited Quantity: The following item groups (marked in the store) remain LQ up to 30 kg per package. Do not worry - we make sure that the limit is not exceeded.

• Dexso like other DME (dimethyl ether).
• Cleaners.
• Devices that use lithium-ion accumulators
• Alcohol from 24%- 70%.
• When sending LQ only 4 € per order will be charged.

Shipping goods with a value of 1,000€ or higher to third countries. Shipping costs overview for parcel shipping.

The shipping costs always refer to one package. Please note that an order may consist of several packages. Fees for the payment method cash on delivery are calculated separately, as well as the dangerous goods surcharge. ATTENTION! The following prices refer to parcel shipping. Shipping by freight forwarding is calculated separately due to the daily price changes
